SOLAR PANEL DESCRIPTION
Solar cell modules are composed of high-efficiency single-crystal / polycrystalline solar cells, low-iron and ultra-white suede tempered glass, packaging materials (EVA, POE, etc.), functional backplane, interconnection bars, confluence bars, junction boxes, and aluminum alloy border frames.Service life is up to 25-35 years.
Solar cell modules (also known as solar panels, photovoltaic modules) are the core part of the solar power generation system, and it is also the most important part of the solar power generation system.The effect is to convert solar energy into electricity, or to send it to batteries for storage, or to drive load work.The quality and cost of solar cell modules will directly determine the quality and cost of the entire system.
1. The tempered glass acts to protect the main body of power generation (such as battery pieces).
2. The EVA is used to bind the fixed tempered glass batteries. The advantages and disadvantages of the transparent EVA material directly affect the life of the components.
In addition to the quality of EVA itself, the lamination process of the component manufacturer is also very greatly affected. Such as EVA adhesion is not up to standard, the bonding strength of EVA and tempered glass and back plate is not enough, which will cause the early aging of EVA and affect the life of the components.
3. The main function of batteries is to generate electricity. At present, we mainly use monocrystalline silicon and polysilicon.
